We hope you have noticed the good things the association, with your help, has accomplished. These accomplishments include: Established a neighborhood newsletter to highlight current issues affecting our community. Started a neighborhood watch program. Posted signs to discourage crime and solicitation. Improved our common areas. Installed irrigation and landscaping at the north entrance. Extended the sidewalk on Constitution to Charles Pickney to improve the safety of our children as they walk to and from school. Worked with Clay County to keep HHCA safe. Thank you for your continuing support enabling HHCA to maintain the two entrances and pay other recurring expenses such as the water bills. Heritage Hills Association spends yearly approximately $4,000 on lawn maintenance for the two entrances and for the easements. Your $25 annual membership fee and generous donations enable the upkeep of the entrances and easements. So, please make your check payable to HHCA for $25 plus any additional donation desired. A return envelope is enclosed for your convenience. Further, to provide you with quick, useful, and important information, we encourage you to fill out all information on the form.
