WHY HERITAGE HILLS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

Ours is a community of 750+ single-family homes located in Clay County. We invite you to look around and learn about why this neighborhood is so popular. A simple evening stroll along our many sidewalks is a wonderful way to acquaint you with the neighborhood.

Membership in our Association is not mandatory. However, there are standards that keep our neighborhood among the most sought after. Dues are $25 per year. For this members receive copies of our Association’s newsletter, with valuable information to all our residents. Dues also fund various neighborhood maintenance and improvement projects as well as some neighborhood get-togethers. For example, both our entrances are maintained and cared for with your dues. Why is it important to take ownership of your neighborhood through your Association? Because dedicated members are the ones who make the difference. There is a website with the latest news: www.newsofheritagehills.com. Neighborhood Watch is an integral part of HHCA.

Heritage Hills Community is more than just another sub-division. It is a community that looks after each other. It is a mixture of homes built in Clay County where everyone can walk the sidewalks, and enjoy the fresh air. The streets are named after signers of the Constitution.

Residents range from seniors to those just starting out, including transplants from everywhere to just across town. Many residents are from the Military backgrounds. Jacksonville Naval Air Station is nearby, while others are from the CSX Railroad. And, others are from various occupations. It is a community that enjoys the Jacksonville Jaguars home games. The Orange Park Community Theatre presents great live plays, and is so close to us.

Grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, shopping and movie theatres are only short distances away, making your trips a snap. Excellent interstates and roadways take us long distances in a short amount of time. Time is important in our city and nearby Jacksonville, Florida.

If you have any questions about our community, please drop us a note.

And, above all, stay happy,

Thanks for all you do,
